Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Freecast, Inc. ("Freecast," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and expects users of the Freecast website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") to do the same.
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy is incorporated by reference into Freecast's Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
- This policy applies to all users of the Service, including users located outside the United States.
- Freecast applies DMCA standards globally as a uniform content protection framework, regardless of user location.
- Nothing in this policy limits Freecast's right to remove content under applicable local laws or pursuant to its Terms of Service.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works)
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., URLs)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that:
- You consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located; or
- If you reside outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district in which Freecast is located
- You will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA Notice
- This DMCA Policy forms part of Freecast's Terms of Service
- User information submitted in connection with DMCA Notices and Counter Notices is processed in accordance with Freecast's Privacy Policy
- Freecast may share submitted information with third parties as required to process copyright claims or comply with legal obligations
1. Scope and Jurisdiction
This DMCA Policy is intended to comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. §512).
2. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to Freecast's Designated Copyright Agent.

Consistent with the DMCA and Freecast's Terms of Service, Freecast has adopted a policy ofterminating or restricting access for users who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers, at Freecast's sole discretion. Freecast may also remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if it believes such action is necessary to comply with the law or protect its legal interests.
