FreeCast Announces 16-Episode CEO Video Series on the Next Generation of Global Media and Monetization
October 13, 2026
“Beyond the Connection” Explores How FreeCast's Software-Based PaaS Strategy Could Transform Existing Customer Relationships Into New Media, Entertainment and Commerce Opportunities
FreeCast, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAST) (“FreeCast” or the “Company”), a media technology company providing streaming and media monetization solutions, today announced the launch of “Beyond the Connection: The FreeCast PaaS Story,” a 16-episode executive video series featuring Founder and Chief Executive Officer William (Bill) Mobley.
Beginning Monday, October 12, FreeCast plans to release new episodes each weekday over three consecutive weeks through Friday, October 30, 2026. The final day's release will feature Episodes 15 and 16 together, completing the series in 15 daily installments. Episodes will be published on the official FreeCast LinkedIn company page and Mobley's personal LinkedIn account.
The series is designed to provide retail and institutional investors, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) analysts, enterprise executives and industry participants with a straightforward explanation of FreeCast's differentiated Platform-as-a-Service (“PaaS”) strategy and its potential role in the evolving global media economy.
Beyond Streaming: A New Model for Media Distribution and Monetization
While traditional streaming companies compete to acquire individual subscribers and television operating systems compete to control the screen, FreeCast is pursuing a different position in the media value chain: providing the software infrastructure that enables companies with established customer relationships to offer their own branded media, entertainment and commerce ecosystems.
FreeCast's white-label PaaS is designed for telecommunications companies, wireless operators, internet service providers, satellite companies, utilities, multifamily housing providers, hospitality groups, membership organizations and other enterprises serving substantial customer populations.
The platform brings together free television, premium entertainment, content discovery, subscription management, advertising, transactions, commerce and direct customer communications within a unified branded experience.
Rather than requiring each enterprise to develop its own streaming technology infrastructure or assume the costs associated with operating a major content business, FreeCast seeks to provide a shared software platform supporting multiple enterprise applications and potential monetization opportunities.
“For decades, companies have invested extraordinary amounts of capital connecting consumers through broadband, wireless, fiber and satellite networks,” said Mobley. “Yet after those customers connect, much of the entertainment, advertising, subscription and commerce activity takes place through third-party platforms. FreeCast's strategy is to provide the software infrastructure that can help those enterprises participate in more of that economic activity, while creating additional distribution opportunities for content owners.”
Sixteen Episodes Exploring One Central Investment Thesis
- The three-week series will progressively examine the fundamental components of FreeCast's business model, including:
- The Structural Difference: Why FreeCast's PaaS model differs from traditional streaming services and television operating systems.
- The Enterprise Opportunity: How businesses with established customer relationships can potentially become branded media distributors.
- Global Distribution: Why FreeCast's potential market extends beyond traditional television screens to mobile, broadband and other connected environments.
- Partner-Enabled Addressable Customers (PEAC): A framework for measuring potential distribution reach through participating enterprise partners.
- Activation and Monetization: The progression from potential customers to activated users, engagement, transactions and revenue.
- Two-Way Customer Communications: How branded media hubs can potentially support customer engagement, marketing and commerce.
- Multiple Revenue Opportunities: Advertising, subscriptions, transactional entertainment, pay-per-view and other potential monetization channels.
- Software Platform Economics: The potential advantages of shared software infrastructure supporting multiple enterprise deployments.
- The TMT Investment Framework: The operating metrics and milestones investors can use to evaluate the Company's strategy and execution.
The series will also examine how broadcasters, programmers, studios, subscription services, sports organizations and independent content creators may benefit from additional distribution, discovery and monetization opportunities through enterprise-branded media environments.
A central theme will be FreeCast's positioning as an agnostic technology provider connecting content suppliers with companies that already serve large customer populations, rather than seeking to displace existing media services.
Introducing PEAC: Measuring Potential Distribution Versus Actual Monetization
A key focus of the series will be FreeCast's Partner-Enabled Addressable Customers (PEAC) framework.
PEAC represents the potential customers reachable through participating enterprise relationships. It is distinct from actual activated users, paying subscribers or recognized revenue.
The series will discuss the progression from enterprise distribution opportunities to measurable operating performance, including:
Enterprise Partners → PEAC → Activated Partner Users → Engagement → Transactions → Revenue
Mobley will also discuss metrics such as transactions per user, revenue per activated user and revenue per enterprise partner as potential measures for evaluating the effectiveness of FreeCast's PaaS model.
“One enterprise relationship can potentially provide access to thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions of existing customers,” Mobley continued. “But potential distribution is not the same as actual revenue. The important measures are how effectively we activate those customers, engage them, facilitate transactions and generate sustainable monetization. That's the distinction we want investors to understand.”
A Three-Week Investor Education Series
The 16-episode program is structured as a progressive educational series, beginning with FreeCast's fundamental business model and concluding with its broader global market opportunity and investment framework.
Each episode is intended to present a focused business concept in an accessible format, making the Company's PaaS strategy understandable to individual investors while providing relevant analytical perspectives for institutional investors and TMT research professionals.
The series will culminate on Friday, October 30, 2026, with a combined release of Episodes 15 and 16, examining the potential size of the enterprise-enabled media market and the operating framework through which FreeCast's progress can be evaluated.
“We have spent years developing software infrastructure, exploring commercial applications and testing different distribution and monetization models,” said Mobley. “Our current focus is on translating those investments and enterprise opportunities into deployments, activated users and sustainable revenue. We believe this series will help investors understand both the potential versatility of our platform and the execution required to realize that opportunity.”
The Connection Is Just the Beginning
FreeCast believes the evolution of media distribution presents opportunities for companies that already maintain substantial customer relationships to participate more directly in entertainment, advertising, subscriptions, commerce and customer engagement.
Its PaaS strategy is designed to provide a common software infrastructure that can support multiple enterprise business models while offering content providers additional potential pathways to audiences and transactions.
“Streaming companies compete for consumers. Television operating systems compete for screens. FreeCast is building the infrastructure for companies that already have the customer relationships,” Mobley concluded.
“Our objective is to help connect the companies supplying content with the enterprises serving consumers, creating opportunities for both sides to participate in a broader media and commerce ecosystem.
The Connection Is Just the Beginning.”
